Secretariat General of Communication & Information - [Athens]
The complex is built on a 4,580 sq.m. land plot and consists of two independent curved multi-story buildings with three underground levels including 240 parking spaces. The first building comprises a ground floor six floors, covering a total area of 8,929 sq.m. with 7,826 sq.m. of independent underground areas.
The project includes landscaping of the surrounding area with planting and irrigation, as well as the construction of a kindergarten. This building will accommodate the services of the former "Ministry of Press and Mass Media".
The second building consists of a ground floor and three storeys, covering a total area of 2,020 sq.m. as well as a 1,764m2 independent underground level which is part of the 1st basement. This building is independent from the first one and is intended to accommodate office and commercial uses.
The building was designed by the architect Sotiris (Sotos) Tsoulos.

I regret to inform you that unfortunatelly for me I havent designed the "Secretariat General of Communication & Information - [Athens]"
my participation in the design process was only on the late part of the construction drawings and only during the period that I was working for ARCHICON architects ltd in Athens
Responsible for the design is Manolis Koutsoudakis and Minas Alexiou both of them great architects and with great works behind them.
